If you don’t already know, we’re big fans of waffles and pancakes. So we are always on the lookout for good waffles/pancakes in Singapore. Featured a really delicious looking pancake on instagram one day and told ourselves that we had to check it out.
The cafe was located at some corner on the outside of Galaxis. Place was simplistic and quiet the Saturday afternoon we were there.
Norwegian smoked salmon, seared asparagus, eggs, fresh greens and hokkaido bread.
If you are looking for pancakes that carries a sweet buttery taste, this is probably not the place for you. But if you love yeast, then might be worth giving this place a try. Guess we didn’t consider that this was a cafe that prides themselves on their bread making skills. Their pancakes had a hint of bread flavour to it (okay their menu stated that they use wild yeast but we were too hungry to register that).
Can’t say that we were blown away by the food, but it does a unique take on pancakes and definitely one of the more price-friendly aka affordable cafes in Singapore!
