Bridge is a contemporary modern European cafe / restaurant.bar located right opposite Raffles Hotel Singapore. They have been around for quite awhile now, but the recent salted egg yolk croissant craze in Singapore has put them back on the radar. We decided to pay this cafe a second visit to see how their Salted Egg Lava Croissant fared amongst the rest and revisited their menu.
The salted egg yolk croissant fever is catching on quick in Singapore thanks to Flavour Fling, Antoinette, Black & Ink. . . Bridge being enterprising and not wanting to be left out, launched their own Salted Egg Lava Croissant and Truffle Custard Croissant on 5th Feb 2016.
What to eat in Singapore? New cafes are opening in every nook and corner of Singapore. That’s cause Singaporeans love to eat and we will travel for good food!
